LEARNING: What affects learning and how do we improve it?
Have you ever heard of these sayings: “You are what you eat” and “you are what you do”? This is true because we are the result of our habitual behaviours. But habits are not invariant; they are often shaped by different factors such as our environment and our past experiences.
During the session, you will have a better understanding on what shapes learning, the barriers to learning and how they impact learning outcomes. The speaker will also share the different possible techniques that can help to overcome the learning barriers. There will be a discussion session and participants are encouraged to contribute their opinions.
