Programme Outline

Learn the basic techniques of Chinese ink painting such as the basic brush strokes, techniques of lines, dots and ink tone variations.

Topic consists of:

Introduction to ink painting materials and techniques of brush strokes

Learn the 4 key themes known as the “Four Gentlemen”, also called the “Four Noble Ones”

About Ms Fiona Tham
Ms Fiona learned Chinese Ink Painting a few years ago. Since then, it has unleashed her latent talent of artistic skills and her art works has flourished extensively.

Fiona has also been actively contributing her gifted skill in many areas of community works.

Time : 10am to 12.30pm

Venue : 10 Square @ Orchard Central Level 10

Fee payable : $97.00 per participant includes a set of materials
Additional items to bring :
1 Dinner plate & small soup bowl (with round smooth edge) for color mixing
2 water containers (eg coffee mugs)
1 empty small mineral water bottle
1 used towel
Bags and container to carry the art materials

Class will start with minimum 8 participants
