September Sharing Session 2 – ‘Core Health – The Quantum Way to Inner Power’ (30 Sep Friday 4pm)

September Sharing Session 2
‘Core Health – The Quantum Way to Inner Power’ written by Dr. Ed Carlson & Dr. Livia Kohn

  • How reducing stress can enhance health, and remove any dysfunction in the body’s              bio-energetic system.
  • Understand the systematic processes of the effective DTQ Process©

Core Health™ is a non-cultural, non-religious expansion of our inborn core of health.
Core Health™ is not a theory or an abstract teaching. It is an easy and enjoyable way to reconnect to our energy system’s pure core of health. By clearing away clouds of confusion, we can expand this into all aspects of life to live forever joyfully, lovingly, and in optimum health. An inborn core of pure health exists within each one of us: You and I are not broken and we do not need to be fixed—nor does the world. However, over the years, our core gets covered over by layers of conditioning and distortion from negativities in life. These layers are expressed into the body, mind, feelings, and into the world, leading to stress, disease, and all sorts of difficulties.

ABOUT THOMAS KUAN
Thomas Kuan, Founder of U 3rd Age, attended the course on Core Health conducted by Dr. Livia Kohn in 2013. He finds the Core Health Techniques extremely useful to apply in today’s stressful lifestyles, and hope others would learn more of its benefits and applications through this Sharing Session.

Time : 4pm to 5pm

August Sharing Session – My Life Story Through Guided Autobiography (GAB) Wednesday 2pm

August Sharing Session – My Life Story Through GAB

Guided Autobiography (GAB) is a powerful, holistic and informal process through reflective learning of our own experiences. Some benefits of GAB are:

  • Preserve life stories for family and friends;
  • New insights into one’s life;
  • More acceptance of the differences among people;
  • Formation of strong friendship; and
  • Achieve developmental learning through sharing.

One of our previous GAB participants, Carrie Chan will share her self-discovery journeys and experience through GAB, and how GAB can guide you in reflecting and journalising your own life journey. Participants will also have the opportunity to share and reminisce their own life stories with others during the session.

About Thomas Kuan
Thomas is passionate about writing autobiographies and believes that seniors can share their experience and wisdom through their life stories. As a certified GAB Facilitator, he has been conducting Guided Autobiography (GAB) since 2010.

About Carrie Chan
