September Sharing Session B ~ “LIVING WELL, FINISHING STRONG” 3.30pm

26 Sep Sharing Session B

“LIVING WELL, FINISHING STRONG”
Life is a long distance race. Many of us are generally prepared for the first half of the race as our paths are chartered by schools, careers, family and children. However, how will you be guided in the next half of your life?  There are no textbook answers as we know.
During this guided session, you will take some time to do some personal reflection, share your thoughts, and also learn from other participants and volunteer facilitator.

This introductory session will help you to:

–       Understand the urgency to make a plan

–       Map out what “Living Well, Finishing Strong” means to you

–       Write down 2 – 3 action steps you will take
