April Sharing Sessions

April Sharing Session 1 ~ Reminisce Your Life Story through Guided Autobiography 2pm

April Sharing Session 1

Guided Autobiography (GAB) is a powerful, holistic and informal process through reflective learning of our own experiences. Some benefits of GAB are:

  • Preserve life stories for family and friends;
  • New insights into one’s life;
  • More acceptance of the differences among people;
  • Formation of strong friendship; and
  • Achieve developmental learning through sharing.

During the session, participants will be exploring GAB themes in groups and also have the opportunity to share and reminisce their own life stories with others.
